Absolutely not. We operate on a 100% no-forced-dispatch policy. You have complete control over your wheels—if a load or a lane doesn’t meet your business goals or home-time preferences, we look for the next one.
To onboard with Hawk Scout, you will need an active MC/DOT authority, a signed W-9 form, a Certificate of Insurance (COI) listing standard cargo and liability coverage, and an executed dispatcher-carrier agreement.
We manage the entire administrative process. Once you approve a load, we complete the broker packets, submit your insurance information, and handle the invoicing/factoring submission so you get paid without delays.
